JON WRIGHT ROOFING was founded in 1979 as a roofing company. Jon also did siding work when he was earning his degree at The University of Dallas and finally made it part of his product line in 1987.

We’re looking at new cement fiber siding by Certainteed.

We will also evaluate your intake ventilation needs to conform to “The 300 Rule”, the federal standard for attic ventilation. Before we install any soffit we’ll remove your existing soffit vents, make sure the holes are properly cut, the passage is not obstructed, and that there is enough intake to balance with your exhaust so as not to create negative pressure in the attic (see the blog).

Also, Jon and Jose are now in compliance with the new EPA guidelines for lead removal and containment for homes built on or before 1978.
